How much does a website cost?
$1,000 for a custom website. That includes setting up your Google Business Profile so the site and listing launch together and match. You pay $500 to start and $500 at launch.
What do the monthly plans cost?
Care is $97 a month, Growth is $197 and Pro is $397. Pay for a year and you get two months free: $970, $1,970 or $3,970 a year. Compare plans.
How does the texting work, and does it cost extra?
On Growth and Pro, your customers get a text from your business after each visit or job asking for a Google review. On Pro, people whose calls you miss also get an automatic text back.
Sending those texts is included in your monthly price. There's nothing extra on your bill.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel any month. Yearly billing is optional.
Who owns my domain and website?
You do. If you cancel, you keep your domain and your site. Pro clients also keep their customer list, exported for you.
Is it really custom?
Yes. Every site is written and coded for the business it's for. We don't use templates or page builders.
Do I have to write the content?
No. We write it from what you tell us on the call and what you send over, like your services, hours and photos. You review everything before it goes live.
Do I need a website from you to get a monthly plan?
Yes. Monthly plans run on a website we build, because we host it, keep it secure and make the edits.
What's a Google Business Profile?
It's your listing on Google Search and Google Maps: your hours, phone number, photos, reviews and a link to your site. For many local businesses, it's the first thing a customer sees.
What's a CRM?
A CRM keeps every lead in one place: calls, texts and form messages. On Pro it also sends missed-call text-backs and helps with follow-up and booking.
What's in the monthly report?
On Growth and Pro: your calls, form leads and Google profile views, in one short report.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
We work on what helps a business get found and chosen: a well-built site, an accurate and active Google profile, steady reviews and consistent listings. Where you rank depends on things no one controls, so we don't promise a position. You'll see the results in your monthly report.
Can you set up my Google Business Profile without building a website?
Yes, for $249 one-time. Monthly plans still require a website we build.
Do you only work with certain businesses or areas?
No. We build for any business people need to reach, especially local and service businesses where one new customer is worth a lot. Based in Jacksonville, FL. Serving clients anywhere.
